9Mobile addresses service challenges amid subscriber concerns
9Mobile's subscriber base has decreased from over 22 million in 2016 to approximately 3.2 million as of January 2025. The Nigerian Communications Commission reported that 9Mobile lost 6,079 subscribers through mobile number portability in November and December 2024.
