Nigeria's SEC has issued provisional crypto licenses to startups Quidax and Busha as part of a sandbox program. A new cryptocurrency course, 'Digital Assets Innovation, Industry, Regulation and Compliance (DAIIRC),' is being launched in partnership with the University of Cambridge.
